CEO
Dr. Harun H. Solak
Dr. Solak has over twenty years of experience in the fields of micro and nano fabrication and x-ray science. He received his Ph.D. from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Dept. of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After a postdoctoral appointment at the same university he joined the Paul Scherrer Institute in 2001. He set up and managed world’s first EUV-IL systems at the UW-Madison and later at the PSI. Dr. Solak has more than one hundred technical articles published in the fields of nanolithography, x-ray microscopy and semiconductor device reliability.

Prof. Jens Gobrecht
Prof. Gobrecht has over 40 years of experience in semiconductor device fabrication and micro and nano fabrication technologies. He received his Ph.D. from the Technical University of Berlin with a thesis on photovoltaics performed at the Fritz-Haber Institute (Max Planck Soc.).

After 12 years of experience at the ABB Corporation in R&D of power semiconductor devices and electronics and in project management roles, he joined the PSI in 1993 to lead the Laboratory for Microand Nanotechnology. While continuing his role at the PSI, he set up and headed the research institute INKA at the Univ. of Applied Sciences of Aargau, a lab specialized on R&D in polymer based nanotechnology. He published about 150 scientific articles and is the inventor or co-inventor of over 25 patents.

Rene Wilde
Rene Wilde has more than 20 years of market and technical experience in micro & nano structured replication tools, volume production processes, manufacturing of micro precision parts as well as Nano lmprint lithography. In addition he is an expert in nano and micro structures for security and product and brand protection.

Rene Wilde holds a degree as a sales and marketing manager from the Swiss Confederate. He has been involved intensively in the development of new products based on micro and nano structured surfaces in various industrial sectors. He works closely with a wide international network of players active in R&D and manufacturing of related products.

Tariq Ghous
Tariq Ghous holds a technical degree in Electronics Engineering and a Global Executive MBA from the prestigious Rotterdam School of Management in partnership with prominent global business universities such as UNC in the USA, XMU in China, FGV-EAESP in Brazil, GIBS in South Africa and EGADE in Mexico. During his 16-year career, Tariq has held various multidisciplinary roles on a global scale in high-tech industries. His expertise includes areas such as lithography (ASML) and MOCVD (AIXTRON) in the Semiconductor and compound industries. With a strong blend of technical and business backgrounds, he brings a structured and focused approach that combines his strategic understanding of both technical and business advances with market needs.

Kelsey Wooley
Kelsey Wooley is a chemical engineer with broad experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically in lithography. She began her career at Intel/Micron, where she served as a CVD, then lithography process owner. She later worked as an operation lead, NPI, and technical consultant for a start-up before becoming a lithography manager at Meta for AR/VR waveguides.

Throughout her career, Kelsey has developed a deep understanding of lithography processes and equipment, as well as a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. She is passionate about technology and enjoys leading teams on cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of what is possible.

Founded in 2006.
In the canton Aargau of Switzerland. Its founders have led the development of Extreme Ultraviolet Interference Technology at the Paul Scherrer Institute. Having entered the market with products based on its EUV technology, Eulitha has expanded its range of products with the addition of state-of-the-art electron beam lithography technology to its capabilities.
In 2010.
Eulitha announced the breakthrough PHABLE™ technology, which greatly simplifies production of periodic nanostructures over wafer scale areas. The company has a global customer base of researchers from industrial and academic laboratories. Backed by private Swiss equity Eulitha serves its growing number of customers from two locations in Kirchdorf and the Paul Scherrer Institute.
